Job Description

Duties of Internal Communications and Engagement Executive :

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies
• Create engaging content for diverse internal audiences
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
• Maintain consistent messaging across various communication channels
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of internal communications
• Support development of employee attraction and retention
• Promote the company's values and culture through internal communications

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Internal Communications and Engagement Executive' should have :

• A degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in internal communications and employee engagement
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop engaging content for diverse audiences
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools
• Driving licence required
