The Role :

Join our valued team of long service drivers as we currently have vacancies for experienced Delivery Drivers. The role is both challenging and rewarding. Candy Carriers is an Express Transport business providing Delivery Services Throughout the UK. Although you will mainly be driving vehicles there are regular requirements to drive a variety of vehicles within our fleet including Small, Transit, Sprinter & Luton vans. To be a successful driver with Candy Carriers hard work and a flexible attitude will be an expectation as we provide a variety of services to our clients including express dedicated nationwide delivery, bespoke and multidrop delivery day work. We operate 24 / 7 with each day a different challenge, an open mind to any task is both beneficial and satisfying.

We offer :

• Minimum 48 hour per week Mon / Fri

Saturday working (on a rota system)

ADR (hazardous) and Vocational Vehicle Training

What we need from you :

Drivers with DCPC and Digicard

Full Clean Drivers Licence with Class C1 Qualification

Good Geographical knowledge of UK

Previous Traceable Delivery Driving Experience

Flexible Helpful Customer Focused Attitude

An Open Mind

Dedication and a Can Do Attitude with the Desire to Complete Your Tasks

Additional Info you need to know :

Unsocial working hours are regular

Positions for Class 2 drivers also available

Class C1 drivers will be required to regularly drive vans

You will be required to complete a probationary period where van driving forms an essential part of our training methods

Expect the unexpected as we provide 24 / 7 transport services nationwide

Candidates should be aware that the position may involve lifting and you should be physically fit.
