Litigation Associate

Job Description

A varied role, as Litigation Associate / Senior Litigation Associate, you will :

• Work on a wide range of complex, commercial litigation cases in State and Federal court
• Prepare motion practices, court appearances and preparing for trial
• Advising clients on risk / risk mitigation before issues escalate / where possible resolving disputes ahead of court
• Providing clients with counsel on varied employment and commercial litigation matters
• Discretion, the firm works with some very high profile entertainment clients and has an excellent reputation for winning high profile cases - it is essential that you are able to quickly build trust and rapport with their varied clients
