OT Cyber Security Lead Consultant – Operational Technology

Salary : £80,000 – £100,000

Hybrid : Home / Office / Site-based

UK only – must have right to work and be eligible for SC clearance

We’re looking for an OT Cyber Security Lead Consultant to take a senior role in one of the most important and fast-growing areas of cyber security. This is your chance to help protect the UK’s critical national infrastructure during a pivotal time for OT / IT convergence.

You’ll lead major OT security projects, work closely with clients on securing complex industrial systems, and act as a subject matter expert in the delivery of high-impact solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Lead the delivery of complex OT cyber projects, from design and planning to execution.
Conduct OT / ICS vulnerability assessments and support remediation efforts.
Provide expert advice on secure design and implementation of industrial systems (SCADA, ICS, DCS).
Work across technical and non-technical teams, translating complex concepts into actionable plans.

What You’ll Need :

Experience delivering cyber security in OT environments (e.g., SCADA, ICS, DCS).

Knowledge of frameworks like NIST, CAF, and NCSC guidelines.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
