Senior Design Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join our Console team and take ownership of the Axiom user experience. This is a unique opportunity to define and build our design system from the ground up, fundamentally shaping how thousands of developers interact with their data every day. You'll be the critical bridge between design and engineering, translating ambitious mockups into a living, breathing application. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Design Lead to establish a new standard for craft and quality, and you'll build the reusable components and patterns that enable the entire engineering team to ship beautiful, consistent UI at high velocity. We are a remote-first and globally distributed team building a cloud native, serverless data analytics platform. Axiom completely changes the way in which developers and organizations think about their data : they can now send unlimited data with cost-effective storage and lightning-fast querying.

As a Site Reliability Engineer at Axiom, you will be pivotal in upholding our promise of superior reliability and performance to our customers. Collaborating with backend engineers and product teams, you will emphasize creating and operating scalable and reliable systems. Axiom's emphasis on SREs revolves around automating, measuring, and continuously improving the reliability and efficiency of our systems.
