Senior Paid Media Executive

Salary up to £35k plus bonus

Rossendale – 2-3 days in

Forward Role are exclusively supporting a dynamic, growing and award winning Sales & Service business based in Lancashire, who pride themselves on their fun and none-corporate working culture. They’re undergoing an exciting period of growth, and as such are on the lookout for their brand new Senior Paid Media Executive who would be assisting in heading up the companies paid search, paid social and programmatic strategy and activations, with the support your Paid Media Manager.

Reporting into a talented Paid Media Manager, you will ideally be working two-three days a week from the office, you’ll be leading the activations and optimisations, predominantly working with the businesses Tier 1 partners such as Google, YouTube, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn as well as emerging platforms and opportunities. This is a vastly varied, broad acquisition role and will provide you autonomy to lead the direction of the accounts spending very healthy budgets along the way!

Day to day will look like :

  • Oversee the end to end Implementation including set-up, management, analytics, tracking, reporting of Paid Search, Paid Social and programmatic
  • Be an expert in all relevant 3rd party tools & technology.
  • Continually review & suggest changes to tactics based on current performance and impact on campaign goals & KPIs.
  • Accurately forecast potential delivery for the accounts.
  • Assist in developing new strategies to drive further CRO Demonstrate a strong understanding & showcase a practical ability of working with Paid Search and / or Paid Social platforms and concepts

Your skills & background :

  • Minimum 2+ years paid search experience, either from an in-house or agency environment – no previously industry experience required
  • Hands on’ Paid Social experience highly desirable

    • Previous line management experience essential

  • An appreciation and understanding of the Paid Media ecosystem (i.e. how Paid Search influences Paid Social)
