About the Role : As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide targeted academic and emotional support for pupils in Year 2, including children with additional needs. You will also take on the role of Lunchtime Organiser, promoting a safe, happy, and inclusive environment during lunch breaks. This is an ideal role for someone who is enthusiastic, caring, and passionate about supporting young children, especially those who may need a little extra help to succeed. Key Responsibilities :
