A Private Client Solicitor is required to join a large organisation which is one of the market leaders with private client on a permanent basis.

Do you have a strong background in probate / private client and a passion for AI? Due to their successes and continuous growth, they have a newly created role for a Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner to join their technical probate team to assist with the delivery of new artificial intelligence (AI) integration. You don't need to be a technical expert but have legal expertise within Private Client matters. As well as handling a small caseload of probate cases from start to finish, you will be part of a wider team and have the opportunity to assist with transforming the business.

This role will allow you to play an integral role in supporting their ongoing technology development with implementing a new AI tool to assist with improving their case management systems and reviewing of cases process.

As the Private Client Solicitor, you will :

• Undertake a reduced caseload of 15 taxable probate matters from initial instruction through to completion
• Work closely with the project team and external stakeholders to assist with developing AI opportunities within the department
• Utilise your legal knowledge to assist with tailoring the AI tool to ensure it is fit for purpose
• Mentor junior member of staff and support with improvement of internal processes
