Now proudly part of  Compass Group , we’re scaling fast—and we’re looking for two ambitious  Sales / Account Executives  to join our team and help drive the next chapter of growth.

About the Role

As a Sales / Account Executive, you’ll play a hands-on role across  new business development, account management, and admin support . This is a diverse, dynamic position for someone eager to build relationships, close deals, and grow with a fast-moving business.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales, Operations, and Client Success to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients—while bringing fresh opportunities into the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and engage prospective clients (think : office managers, facilities teams, workplace experience leads).
  • Pitch and present our services with clarity and confidence, turning warm leads into long-term customers.
  • Manage existing client relationships—ensuring a smooth service experience and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Support the admin side of sales—quotes, proposals, onboarding, CRM updates, reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and support campaigns.
  • Represent To Go Micro Kitchens at industry events and tastings.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Experience selling into  facilities management, office services, or F&B  is a major plus.
  • Confident communicator with excellent people skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organisation and follow-through.
  • Passionate about great food, great service, and creating standout client experiences.
