Talent Acquisition Manager (Fixed Term Contract)

Location : Aylesbury – hybrid working (typically one day in the office and four WFH).

Employment type : Initially a Fixed Term Contract until the end of 2025, covering a long-term absence. We’ll consider either full or part-time hours.

Salary : Starting from £40k + c.20% annual bonus.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will :

  • Develop and execute a proactive talent acquisition strategy to meet business growth objectives.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and candidate assessments.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles, from sourcing to offer management.
  • Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, employer branding, and partnerships (e.g., universities, tech communities).
  • Optimise recruitment processes for efficiency, diversity, and candidate experience.
  • Leverage data and insights to track hiring metrics and improve strategies.
  • Champion Esri UK’s employer brand, promoting our culture and values to candidates.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within tech, or a related industry.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, talent pools).
  • Experience hiring technical roles (e.g., software engineers, GIS specialists) is a plus.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for employer branding and creating an inclusive hiring process.
