28,000 per annum | 4 Days On, 3 Days Off | Alternate Weekends Off

A well-regarded care home in Cirencester is seeking a committed and compassionate Chef to join their friendly kitchen team. This role offers a rewarding work-life balance with a structured four-day workweek and alternate weekends off.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepares nutritious, home-style meals tailored to residents' dietary needs
• Collaborates on seasonal menu planning with input from staff and residents
• Maintains high standards of hygiene and food safety, ideally holding a Level 2 certification
• Ensures efficient kitchen operations and a warm dining experience

Role Details :

Full-time position : 4 days on, 3 days off

28,000 annual salary

Regular schedule with every other weekend off

Candidate Profile :

Experience in care home, healthcare, or contract catering preferred

Reliable, well-organised, and passionate about making a difference through food

Comfortable adapting meals for dietary restrictions and personal preferences
