Reporting to the Regional Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager, the successful candidate will provide dedicated support to the Operational Management team in delivering health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives, primarily across Scotland's South and West regions, but not limited to these areas.
We are looking for a confident and proactive individual with strong communication skills who can influence people and win hearts and minds when it comes to health and safety. The ideal candidate will work closely with operational management team to embed a positive safety culture, offering practical guidance and support to help us achieve our goal that everyone at Breedon goes Home Safe & Well. A self-motivated approach, a can-do attitude, and a passion for making a difference are essential.
