Are you looking for an opportunity as an Estimator? Interested in working for a leading commercial contracting company delivering high quality construction projects?

VANRATH are recruiting an Estimator to work for an established commercial contracting company around Belfast, Northern Ireland

Remuneration :

Competitive DOE + Package

Working Hours :

Monday to Thursday, from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. and Friday to 4pm

They have a great opportunity for an Estimator to join them on a permanent basis, working in the Belfast area.

Responsibilities :

  • Developing of tender opportunities and proactively networking
  • Assisting in PQQ submissions were required
  • Assessment of tender documentation
  • Preparation of pricing schedules
  • Detailed estimating of projects
  • Liaison and negotiate with clients and other representatives
  • Support company initiatives

    • The Ideal Person :

  • 4 + years of industry experience (fit-out projects)
  • Conquest or similar computerised system
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Relevant degree
