I am working with an established and quickly expanding firm with a number of offices across the West Midlands to add a litigation solicitor or legal executive to their highly regarded disputes team.

My client are looking for a friendly and motivated legal professional to join the team and take on a varied caseload. Due to fantastic connections within local communities, and consistent repeat business and cross department referrals due to the high quality of service provided, the successful candidate will take on a caseload consisting of :

• company and shareholder disputes
• experience in consumer disputes
• inheritance and probate disputes
• partnership disputes
• IP disputes
• contract disputes
• a full array of general civil disputes

This role is the perfect fit for someone looking to learn from an experienced and dedicated team whilst working on a busy caseload of high quality matters. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is a willingness to engage in business development and networking opportunities.

Salary : £45000 - £55000 depending on experience
