We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Project Sales Manager to join our successful team based in a prestigious development in South East London. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated sales professional to represent our premium property portfolio and achieve significant earnings through our generous commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales process for luxury residential properties within our South East London development
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and property investors
- Manage and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve targets
- Conduct professional property viewings and presentations
- Negotiate deals to maximise value for all parties
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to enhance property promotion
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales progress
Requirements
Proven track record in property sales or high-value B2C salesPrevious experience managing a sales teamExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated with a strong commercial mindsetKnowledge of the South East London property market (preferred)Valid driving licenseAvailable to work 3 out of 4 weekends supervising the sales teamWhat We Offer
