In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating robotic welding machines to produce high-quality fabricated components.This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment where precision and teamwork are key. Key Responsibilities : Program, operate, and maintain robotic welding machinery. Inspect welded components to ensure consistent quality and adherence to specifications. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot welding equipment and processes. Train and support colleagues in robotic welding operations. Test and validate robot programs for accuracy and performance. Identify, document, and resolve programming issues promptly.What We’re Looking For : Proven experience in robotic welding or a closely related field. Minimum 2 years’ MIG welding experience (a weld test will be conducted during the interview). Confident working with materials of various thicknesses. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight production deadlines. A collaborative team player, physically fit for manual handling and other factory duties. Committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workspace.
