Join our award-winning team at Henrys Skoda as a Sales Executive. We are seeking a dynamic individual to represent both Henrys and the Skoda brand at our Glasgow City Centre dealership. As a Sales Executive, you will manage the end-to-end customer experience, handling enquiries and converting them into vehicle and finance sales. This is a full-time role reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
Duties :
- Respond to queries from new and existing customers regarding new and used vehicle sales.
- Guide customers through their purchase, providing outstanding customer service as the face of Henrys and Skoda.
- Meet individual sales targets by maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities on finance and optional extras.
- Assist in ensuring a steady flow of enquiries from multiple channels through prospecting and marketing.
- Maintain a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options.
- Manage the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with process.
- Adhere to industry regulations relating to the sale of vehicles and finance.
Experience :
