A growing executive architecture practice based in London is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Architect to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architect with a passion for construction and technical delivery to work on a variety of high-quality residential, commercial and hotel projects across the UK.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the technical delivery of projects through RIBA Stages 3–6
Prepare and manage construction packages, detailed drawings, and specifications
Work closely with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure technical compliance
Conduct site inspections, resolve on-site issues, and support contract administration
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative and hands-on studio environment

Requirements

ARB-registered Architect with a strong technical and construction background

Demonstrated experience delivering UK projects through construction stages

Expert knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical standards

High proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with AutoCAD and NBS Chorus is a plus

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities

Comfortable working both independently and within a small, focused team
