Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Provide general support to office staff and handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar customer-facing role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Friendly, professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.Availability to commit to the full six-month duration.
