Job description

Your role will include operating refrigerated vehicles, delivering and collecting chilled stock from Local and Regional Distribution Centres as well as Farms and Packhouses across the UK.

Shifts :

  • Wednesday to Saturday 14 : 00
  • Thursday - Saturday - 02 : 00, 14 : 00-16 : 00 & 18 : 00
  • Thursday-Saturday - 12 : 00 & 17 : 00
  • Thursday-Sunday - 12 : 00 & 17 : 00

Salary / Basic Rates :

  • Monday-Friday Earlies - £15.84 per hour
  • Monday-Friday Days - £15.18 per hour
  • Monday-Friday Nights - £16.53 per hour

    • Overtime Monday-Friday over 50 hours & Saturday (including all hours worked into Saturday from Friday) :

  • Earlies - £19.01 per hour
  • Days - £18.22 per hour
  • Nights - £19.84 per hour

    • Sundays (including all hours worked into Sunday from Saturday) & Bank Holidays :

  • Earlies - £24.36 per hour
  • Days - £23.41 per hour
  • Nights - £25.41 per hour

    • Disturbance allowance : £42.20 (where applicable)

    • Qualifications :

  • Possession of LGV C+E Licence
  • Current DCPC
  • Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and Driver Hours is desirable but full training can be provided
  • Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
