Your Role as a Receptionist

As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Greeting patients with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Ensuring patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visit
  • Performing essential administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the centre

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should possess :

  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping others
  • Strong computer literacy to efficiently handle administrative duties
  • The ability to demonstrate empathy and recognise patient's emotions

    • Qualifications

    To fulfil this role, you must have a minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grades A to C or equivalent .
