Job Overview

Job purpose

An exciting opportunity to be part of this successful law firm that supports their clients across a range of services including personal injury, medical negligence claims, family advice, buying and selling property, and Wills, to name a few.

They are now seeking a Business Administration Apprentice to join their team, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that clients and their cases are handled proficiently, professionally, and in a timely manner.

You will have the opportunity to grow and enhance your skills, being supported on a day to day basis by your line manager and peers. Additionally, you will be supported through a Business Administration Apprenticeship by your assigned Assessor from Elite Training, where you will learn as you earn and gain an industry-recognised qualification in Business Administration.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Processing and scanning the incoming mail
• Printing and preparing outgoing mail
• Filing
• Court diary management
• Liaising with and providing administration support for Solicitors and Case Handlers
• Working with the online case management system, keeping records up to date
• Mailbox management
• Making calls to clients / courts / other organisations
