The Role As an HLTA in the resource base, you will play a key role in supporting students to achieve their individual developmental targets. This will include one-to-one work as well as supporting small groups of students. You will assist with planning and resourcing activities and occasionally lead whole-class sessions when required. This role offers an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with Autism while working as part of a supportive and dedicated team.
