We are recruiting Mixer Truck Driver - Concrete Production to join our client for an immediate start!Location : Tallington Factory Site, Barholm Road, Tallington, Lincolnshire, England, PE9 4RLShift is Monday to Friday 06 : 00 am till 16 : 00 - 10 hour 2 breaks - 1 half an hour break is unpaidSalary starting from £13. Your duties will include :

• For the first three hours you would help set up and then you would be doing - driving the mizer truck around the site around 8- 9 loads. The Ideal Candidate :
• Ideally you will come from a background such as construction, roofing, scaffolding, groundwork or building however other backgrounds will be considered.
• You will need excellent time keeping and attendance with a self-motivated team focus attitude.
• The ability to learn about all the machines in the different departments and able to communicate with.
• The site is tasked to fulfil orders on output so you will need to work as a team to achieve these targets so you will need to work well under pressure.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members, sharing ideas on how to improve production processes.
