Transformation Consultant

  • 75k + discretionary bonus
  • London based
  • Hybrid (3 / 2 weekly split, non-negotiable)

We’re working with a global law firm who are in the midst of a major transformation journey. They’re building a central transformation team to shape and drive strategic change and are looking for an individual who is passionate about transformation to contribute to the success of this team.

The Transformation Consultant will play a key role in delivering value across the transformation roadmap. Acting as an internal consultant, you’ll partner closely with business leads and transformation leaders to bridge data insights and strategic execution whilst enabling successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives.

The Transformation Consultant will :

  • Support business-critical transformation initiatives with robust data insights and governance
  • Craft compelling business cases that inform decision-making across a complex portfolio
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver presentations that tell a clear, data-led story
  • Operate across multiple projects, identifying interdependencies and linking strategic threads
  • Act as a go-to analyst for stakeholders, ensuring communication is clear and value-led
  • You Will Need :

  • 3–4 years’ experience within a consultancy
  • Experience within the FS or legal sectors
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, with solid data modelling capabilities
  • Proven ability to present complex ideas with clarity to senior stakeholders
  • A collaborative mindset with the confidence to operate independently
  • Strong commercial awareness and a genuine passion for transformation
