Job description

Tradewind are looking to appoint and experienced KS2 Teacher to work in a small and friendly mainstream primary school based in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham from September 2024.

This primary school has been praised by parents and Ofsted to be a welcoming and diverse school where pupils are happy to learn! With a supportive team of staff and a creative curriculum, the school are excited to welcome a KS2 Teacher who shares their aim to instil a love of learning in their pupils.

This is a full-time, long-term role commencing in September 2024 and will last until at least July 2025 and this position is paid to scale at MPS, offering TLR.

Responsibilities :

Plan and deliver lessons to a KS2 class
Lead in developing, evaluating and refining the curriculum in either Math or English
Work alongside Teachers to ensure lesson plans are effective
Create an engaging learning environment
Differentiate resources depending on the learning abilities of pupils
Attend weekly school meetings

Requirements :

Must have UK recognised QTS

Strong understanding of KS2 curriculum

Minimum 2 years teaching experience in the UK within the last 2 years

Must be available ASAP, full-time and long-term
