A leading and well-established specialist marine / underwater / diving consultancy have an immediate requirement for an experience Crewing Co-ordinator to join them at their offices in Aberdeen.

Location : Aberdeen, AB11 5BY

Salary : Circa £40,000 – £45,000 benefits

As Crewing Coordinator, you will be first point of contact for all offshore personnel.

Duties include, but are not limited to :

• Monitor Crewing inbox and action as required
• Maintain availability listing for crew
• Become familiar with the crew standard qualifications and competences
• Check / verify crew qualifications and competences
• Process new crew applications
• Mobilise and demobilise all personnel as requested by Managers
• Arranging and advise crew of mobilisation details, including travel or accommodation
• Ensure offshore personnel’s certification is valid
• Ensure that all crew are engaged in accordance with company procedures and processes
• Tracking of crew and contractor days
• Source and book training courses as requested
• Process monthly crew payroll
• Process crew expense claims
• Manage crew payroll / expense queries
• General Administration duties
• Undertake on-call and emergency response duties as and when required (rota system)

It is essential you have previous experience in a similar role.
