Aurélien, the distinguished luxury fashion brand celebrated for its timeless style and artisanal craftsmanship, is seeking a motivated Wholesale Manager to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding a global network of agencies & individual wholesale accounts, actively driving sales, and fostering strong relationships with retailers, including renowned department stores in Europe, United Kingdom, United States and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Generation :
- Actively generate and increase sales throughout the wholesale channel.
- Actively seek and contact new retailers, working within the seasonal calendar of the fashion industry.
- Set up showrooms in The Netherlands, Paris and Milan to facilitate international buyers.
Global Network Development :
Set up and expand a growing global network of agencies to increase brand presence.Order Translation & Distribution Planning :
Translate retailer orders into tangible orders for suppliers, ensuring accurate planning and fulfillment.Organize and maintain re-orders throughout the wholesale channel, ensuring seamless operations.Carefully monitor and coordinate timely deliveries to retail partners.Administration :
Handle administrative tasks such as order management, invoice creation, and signing agreements.Department Store Collaboration :
Work closely with globally renowned department stores carrying Aurélien, maintaining relationships, and establishing partnerships with new retailers.Training and Instructions :
Train personnel and provide on-site instructions at department stores and retailers.Marketing Collaboration :
Collaborate with the marketing team, supplying product imagery to wholesale partners.Feedback Implementation :
Listen attentively to wholesaler feedback to improve production processes and product offerings.Trailblazing Sales Management :

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities.Effective communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships.Ability to work within the seasonal calendar of the fashion industry.Fluent in English reading and writing.What We Offer :
