Proclinical is seeking a Field Access Manager to focus on the regions of Wales and Southwest England. This role focuses on developing partnerships with decision-makers to improve patient outcomes and boost sales performance. You will lead the development and execution of strategies for our product portfolio throughout the access lifecycle, from pre-launch to post-launch activities.
Responsibilities :
- Foster a positive environment within the biologics market.
- Develop partnerships with stakeholders to promote understanding of the Patient Value Strategy.
- Establish the brand as a 'Trusted Partner' within the NHS.
- Utilize approved tools and solutions to achieve meaningful treatment outcomes.
- Demonstrate collaborative opportunities that support NHS operating plans.
- Build strong external networks to enhance local NHS business intelligence and credibility.
Key Skills and Requirements :
Strong influencing, negotiation, and networking skills.Ability to tailor solutions to customer needs, particularly within NHS Medicines Management.In-depth knowledge of NHS systems, funding flows, and partnership projects.ABPI qualification.Comprehensive understanding of NHS policy drivers and redesign initiatives.Experience with affordability modelling and reimbursement of medicines.Familiarity with ABPI-approved approaches to Pharma Partnering.
