We have an exciting secondment / FTC opportunity to work as a recruiter and be part of the new Talent Acquisition Recruitment Team. Working closely with the Recruitment Business Partners you will play an integral part of embedding our new TAR model, driving best recruitment equitable practice across NHSBT. You will have the opportunity to expand your skill set, the opportunity to work with crucial stakeholders and drive excellence in candidate care. Main duties of the job
In this role you will lead and manage all end-to-end recruitment activity for designated directorates and / or specialisms. Your responsibilities will include : Acting as the first point of contact for providing value adding recruitment advice to specified directorates, in liaison with People and Culture Partners and Directorate Leadership teams.Work closely with the Talent Brand & Attraction team to identify the best route-to-market strategy for hard-to-fill vacancies. This includes conducting an in-depth analysis and collaboration with Recruitment Business Partners (RBPs) when initial campaigns are unsuccessful.Track progress and assist Recruitment Business Partners (RBPs) in owning their directorates, while developing strategic plans for recruitment.Liaising with other team members, to design and deliver appropriate advertising and campaigns for recruiting to roles.Establishing and maintaining a talent pipeline for future vacancies and campaigns.Maintaining engagement with successful candidates and potential future candidates which will include some out of office hours working.Deputising for the Recruitment Business Partner where required
