A leading UK organisation is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to shape the future of its technology landscape (Microsoft). This is an exciting NEW opportunity to join a forward-thinking business undergoing major digital transformation, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and customer experience.

The Role

As Senior Solutions Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and future-ready technology solutions. Please note this is a hands-on role. Working across multiple technology teams, you’ll lead architecture strategy, collaborate with business stakeholders, and guide technical teams to deliver impactful solutions aligned with long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a strategic technology blueprint.
  • Design architecture frameworks supporting business growth.
  • Collaborate across teams to align tech with business needs.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies and platforms.
  • Lead and mentor technical teams.
  • Ensure performance, security, and scalability across systems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors.
  • Stay ahead of tech trends and bring innovation into the business.

About You

  • Proven experience in senior architecture roles.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Hands-on
  • Applications, data, and integration-focused – Experience of ERP, CRM, Software Engineering
  • Quick learner that keeps on top of emerging technologies trends
  • Solutions architecture focused
  • High energy, high potential
  • Skilled in cloud computing (Azure), cybersecurity, and data strategy.
  • Effective leader and communicator, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect) are desirable.
