Henry Seymour (part of the Jensten Group) have an exciting opportunity to join our well-established team in Sutton as a Commercial Operations Manager.
While Jensten have recently celebrated becoming a company of 1000 employees, our Henry Seymour division is made up of a very friendly 20 + people. This opening excitingly sits within our successful and growing Digital Schemes division and you will be working as a Commercial Manager, managing 4 direct reports, and taking an active role in driving performance.
This role is particularly ideal for someone currently in a senior or team leader position, who is eager to take the next step into a full-fledged management role with greater responsibility and impact.
Initially working full time in the office, hybrid working will be available on completion of training, giving you the option to work from home 2 days per week.

We are looking for candidates that want to utilise and build on their management and operational skills, are organised and detail orientated who will be able to build & strengthen relationships easily at all levels.
