Job description

We’re recruiting for a Communications / Mi Analystto join us. You will be developing and analysing data to drive insight and effectively monitor, reconcile and troubleshoot data issues around the production of our customer communications. Also, conducting cost analysis of our customer communications and taking responsibility for developing reports and dashboards around the effectiveness of our digital communications.

What you'll be doing :

  • Developing reports and dashboards to reconcile and measure the effectiveness of our digital communications and print streams, ensuring end users are trained on new reports
  • Utilising communications data to conduct cost analysis and support with analysis to drive insight and contribute to business cases and front door submissions
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure accuracy in reporting and effectively monitor and reconcile the production of our customer communications
  • Providing general administration services for the Customer Communications Team such as Mailbox management, invoice processing and reconciliation
  • Supporting the Customer Communications team by utilising Adobe Analytics and other analytic tools to establish best practice reporting and controls to monitor the effectiveness of our communications (including A / B testing)
  • Troubleshooting data issues and support in investigating and managing technical production incidents
  • Supporting the team in prioritising customer centric improvements for the customer journey in response to relevant customer and stakeholder feedback, keeping inclusion consideration and vulnerable customers in front of mind

Qualifications

Who we're looking for :

  • Work experience as a data analyst, cost analyst or in a related field
  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics
  • Experience of Power BI
  • Experience of SQL (crafting SQL queries to extract data from source using SQL fundamentals)
  • Experience with / exposure to a relevant database platform such as SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Snowflake etc. Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risk
  • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
