Job Description :

A well-established UK based Consultancy are seeking a Senior Revit MEP Coordinator who has a combination of technical expertise and adaptability in the realm of MEP coordination. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience leading Revit MEP and AutoCAD projects, with a proven track record of managing a team of coordinators through intricate project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Spearhead MEP coordination, directing a team toward the successful completion of project deadlines.
• Stage 2-4 coordination, still hands on!
• Conduct clash detection processes to ensure clash-free, precise drawings.
• Mentor and develop team members, enriching their understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system intricacies.
• Possess the ability to leverage additional tools such as Dialux Evo and MagiCAD, although not mandatory for the role.
• Demonstrate hands-on leadership, eagerly engaging in problem-solving and drawing reviews alongside your team.
