Our client is a newbuild housing developer who are looking for an experienced housing Assistant Site Manager to join their site team for a period of 3 months, where you will be working under the Site Manager, overseeing the snagging of final fix plots.

Snagging
Coordinating labour teams
Customer facing
Maintaining H&S on site

What you'll have :

Housing experience is essential

Management experience is essential

CSCS and SMSTS are a must-have

Live locally in the Cheshire area
