Graduate Electrical Building Services Engineer My client is currently seeking a passionate and driven Graduate Electrical Building Services Engineer to join their dynamic Building Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to contribute to the design and delivery of innovative electrical systems within a variety of building projects across multiple sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and specification of electrical building services systems, including :
• Internal and external lighting systems
• LV power distribution systems
• Fire alarm and detection systems
• Standby power systems including generators and UPS
• Integration of sustainable and renewable energy solutions (e.g., PV, battery storage)
• Conduct on-site energy surveys and condition assessments to identify energy-saving opportunities and improve overall building performance
• Support in producing detailed electrical designs using industry-standard software and tools
• Assist in compiling technical specifications, drawings, and tender documentation
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design coordination and project delivery
• Support the project management team in planning, monitoring and coordinating projects from concept through to completion
• Stay informed on current building regulations, sustainability standards, and emerging technologies Qualifications and Skills Essential :
• A Bachelor’s degree (BEng or MEng) in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
• A strong interest in sustainable energy and low-carbon technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Willingness to undertake site visits and surveys
• Right to work in the UK Desirable :
• Experience using AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux / Relux, or similar design tools (academic or internship experience accepted)
• Familiarity with UK Building Regulations and CIBSE / BS standards
• Member or graduate member of a professional body (e.g., IET, CIBSE) What’s on offer
