What You'll Do :

In this dynamic, field-based role, you'll be a driving force in delivering high-quality Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) across supported living services in Essex. You will :

  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments to understand the "why" behind behaviours.
  • Design and implement tailored Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs).
  • Champion the reduction of restrictive practices in line with RRN guidelines.
  • Mentor and coach frontline staff to deliver person-centred, confident support.
