Senior Technical Program Manager - Security Remediation (FTC)

Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

Role Description :

We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate a multifaceted technology and security transformation program covering a series of cloud software products and infrastructure hosting King’s Shared Tech game platform and live games. The role involves taking ownership of program delivery, managing various internal collaborators and ensuring seamless alignment, timing, and expectation management throughout the project. The role will report directly to the Head of Engineering, Shared Tech and partner closely with King internal technical teams, our Platform Architect, Business Information Security Officer (BISO), and external stakeholders as required.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Program Leadership : Take ownership of the end- to- end security remediation program, overseeing its successful execution.
  • Stakeholder Management : Collaborate closely with multiple collaborators ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Timeline Management : Drive coordination of the program schedule, maintaining detailed timelines and ensuring teams meet roadmap landmarks and delivery dates.
  • Dependency Tracking : Identify, track, and manage dependencies within the program, ensuring that interrelated tasks and components align smoothly.
  • Risk Mitigation : Identify potential risks and issues within the program and proactively address them to prevent disruptions.
  • Expectation Management : Define clear program objectives, communicate them to team members, and manage expectations to ensure transparency.
  • Problem- Solving : Address challenges as they arise and work with key collaborators to make critical decisions to keep the program on track.
  • Documentation & Reporting : Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and program artifacts. Provide regular updates to senior management and key partners on program progress, issues, and achievements.

Skills to create thrills :

  • A bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as computer science, engineering, or business administration.
  • Extensive experience working in program management, including leading complex technical programs from initiation to completion.
  • Good working technical knowledge of Information & Security technologies.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and standard processes.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and collaborate with multi- functional teams, ensuring alignment and successful project execution.
