Change Manager- ITIL

Salary : £60,000
Location : Hybrid- London office based

We're looking for a skilled Change Manager to drive forward their change lifecycle process improvement.

The Role :

You will support the modernisation and standardisation of the ITIL change management. Working with numerous stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the current challenges, assessing the risks and then translating this into a meaningful plan.

The Skill Requirements :

Proven Change Management experience in an ITIL environment

Excellent background running CAB meetings (Standard Change / Emergency Change /

Expertise delivering process improvement from assessment of needs

Good knowledge managing ITSM Tools (ServiceNow / FreshDesk /

Stakeholder management at varying levels of seniority with the ability to present
