Real Estate Finance Senior Associate

A highly regarded international practice is seeking an experienced Banking & Finance Senior Associate to join its London team, with a particular emphasis on real estate finance.

This is an opportunity to join a team that advises across the full spectrum of banking and finance work, but with a strong and consistent flow of mandates centred on real estate finance. Acting for a mix of domestic and international clients – borrowers and lenders alike – you’ll be involved in sophisticated financing arrangements, often with a cross-border flavour and in support of major development or investment transactions.

You’ll be a UK-qualified lawyer (or equivalent), ideally with at least 5 years’ PQE, and with a strong track record in real estate finance. Experience advising both lenders and borrowers is essential, and a wider grounding in general banking or structured finance would be welcome. The team values a commercial mindset and a collaborative, client-first approach.
