- Write production-ready code that is testable, maintainable, and considers edge cases and errors.
- Make thoughtful design decisions and tradeoffs, working across various parts of the codebase with guidance.

- Excel in solving problems and designing innovative solutions.

- Develop software using Agile methodologies.

- Release software using a continuous deployment pipeline.
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Over 3 years in a senior front end development role.
- Proficient in JavaScript and CSS.
- Experienced with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Knowledgeable in CI / CD practices and various types of testing (unit, end-to-end, integration).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Consistently design code that aligns with the overall service architecture.
