  • Write production-ready code that is testable, maintainable, and considers edge cases and errors.
  • Make thoughtful design decisions and tradeoffs, working across various parts of the codebase with guidance.
  • Foster an open, respectful, and supportive mentorship environment within the team.
  • Handle risk, change, and uncertainty effectively within your scope of work.
  • Excel in solving problems and designing innovative solutions.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork skills in a diverse, multicultural environment.
  • Understand and implement TDD practices, including maintaining unit testing frameworks like Jest.
  • Drive innovation by proposing and exploring new ideas for process improvements, product enhancements, and new features.
  • Develop software using Agile methodologies.
  • Build and deploy applications to Amazon Web Services.
  • Release software using a continuous deployment pipeline.
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 3 years in a senior front end development role.
  • Proficient in JavaScript and CSS.
  • Experienced with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Knowledgeable in CI / CD practices and various types of testing (unit, end-to-end, integration).
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Consistently design code that aligns with the overall service architecture.
  • Competitive salary of up to £60,000 plus benefits.
