To encourage and support all aspects of children’s development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. Ensure the setting delivers high quality services to children and families. To undertake a proactive key person role and build positive relationships with parents / carers and other professionals to support the individual needs of every child. To implement all policies and procedures in the setting. To maintain a safe, clean and friendly environment that is nurturing for the children. To contribute to the planning of and delivery of programmes that support children’s learning and development. Prepare foods that are healthy and nutritious and promote children’s independence. Build a portfolio of assessments to ensure children progress with the requirements of the EYFS. Access training updates and take part in regular staff meetings.
