Youll get real-world experience installing repairing and maintaining electrical systems helping customers feel safe warm and supported. Where does this role fit in

Youll be joining our Pobl Repairs & Maintenance Team as a key member of the next generation of skilled professionals. Youll support qualified electricians in carrying out installations maintenance and improvements across our housing stock while attending college or training days to develop your knowledge. Great communication reliability and enthusiasm are just as important as technical skills!

Which apprenticeship is available and what do you need to apply

Electrical (Electrotechnical Installation)

What you need to apply :

  • Aged 16
  • May need to complete an entry assessment
  • One of the following (or equivalent) :

Level 2 in Construction or Building Services

Welsh Baccalaureate

3 GCSEs at A

  • C including maths English and science / tech
  • How youll learn :

  • Combination of classroom study and on-the-job training
  • Youll complete practical assessments and theory exams throughout the programme
  • What skills and qualities do you need

    What are the pay and benefits

  • The salary for this role is 25396.80
  • 40 hour working week full time 4 years apprenticeship.
  • Covering areas from Haverfordwest to Monmouthshire your office base will be Swansea.
  • Monday to Friday working hours with flexibility around college days. Travel will be required.

  • A practical task linked to your chosen trade
  • Time to chat informally with our current apprentices and Trades team.
