I am looking for a special person to manage a friendly 40 bedded care home situated in a pleasant residential area of Newtown conveniently close to a local bus route, with shops nearby.
The relaxed environment means residents feel right at home and the surrounding gardens are beautifully kept, with wheelchair access throughout as well as a pretty courtyard and patio.
This job will involve :
- Using leadership, role modelling and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care
- Managing the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the Service, and maintain high levels of occupancy
- Providing improvement, independence and choice for Service Users
- Complying with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times
