About the Role You’ll take ownership of technical support delivery across our portfolio of marine navigation electronics — including AIS transceivers, VHF radios, radars, and chart plotters — ensuring customers worldwide can confidently install, operate, and support our products. You will lead the Customer Support Team, evolve support systems, and deliver hands-on training to our global base of users, dealers, and distributors. What You'll Be Doing
