An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in South West London has arisen. PRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HIU Engineer to support the installation, maintenance and effective operation of equipment across a large high end residential property in South West London. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Building Maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a HIU Engineer currently looking for a new position who is keen on progression. In return the company are offering a competitive salary in the region of £45,000 – £48,000 with a potential route into further career progression..

Duties :

• Working on low pressure / low temperature installations in client properties
• To service and repair HIU installations
• HIU- Heat Interface Units
• FCU – Fan Coil Units
• MVHR – Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery systems
• Commissioning of HIUs
• Carry out repairs pipework and work on associated fixtures and fitting
• Replace meters within the HIU
• Carry out minor electrical repairs within the confines of the HIU
• Attend callouts when required
