Nursery / Early Years (EYFS)

We have a client school based in Hitchin, who are looking for an Early Years Teacher to join their team from January 2025. The school itself is rated “Good” by Ofsted, located in a diverse area of Stevenage. The class a fairly large, with only 31 pupils but the school have placed 3 members of staff in there, as additional support.

The school is seeking somebody to begin a contract that could eventually turn into a permanent position, so it is important that they possess the qualities a school such as this requires :

• Dedicated and willing to help pupils succeed above and beyond their expectations.
• A practitioner who can motivate their class and ensure they meet the hard standards that the school sets.
• A friendly individual who can be flexible when required, sometimes at the last minute.
