Technical Sales Manager (Industrial Refrigeration) required for our client, a leading UK-based company specialising in industrial refrigeration solutions. With over 30 years of experience, they offer bespoke design, installation, and maintenance services for a wide range of industries including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and cold storage.

Technical Sales Manager (Industrial Refrigeration) Position Remuneration

Salary £60,000 - £65,000, depending on experience
Bonus structure to be discussed at interview stage
Company car or car allowance
Private healthcare (for employee and their dependents)
33 days holiday (25 + bank holidays)
40 hour working week (8 : 30am - 5pm)
Company phone / laptop provided

Due to expansion, our client has opened up an opportunity for a Technical Sales Manager with a strong background within the industrial refrigeration industry to join their Sales & Design team. The ideal Technical Sales Manager will be based anywhere between Derbyshire and Kent, and will be comfortable with travelling nationwide to visit sites and meet with clients.

Technical Sales Manager (Industrial Refrigeration) Position Requirements

Strong technical sales background within the industrial refrigeration industry

Evidence of a successful B2B sales background

Full UK driving licence

Based between Derbyshire and Kent

Technical Sales Manager (Industrial Refrigeration) Position Responsibilities

Travelling across the UK visiting a range of clients in the cold storage, distribution, food manufacturing, and communal cold store industries

Offering technical advice and support to clients

Liaising directly with internal sales and design teams to complete quotes for clients

Working on both gaining new business and managing key accounts to develop new business opportunities with existing clients
