Senior Property Manager

Our client, an established and expanding Property Management Group based in Glasgow, are currently seeking a Senior Property Manager to join them due to continued growth. As the Senior Property Manager, you will be managing a portfolio across the region whilst managing a team within the business. This role will be office based with an attractive package on offer.

It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has experience within the factoring industry and either experience at a senior level, or looking to take the step up to senior level. This opportunity also offers good progression within the business to an even more senior level in the future.

Key Duties and Overview of The Role :

• Building and maintaining relationships with both customers and contractors
• Conduct regular owners' meetings, in both individual and group settings
• Plan, attend and manage evening AGM's for portfolio sites
• Line management of designated Property Management Support staff member
• Manage a complex, high value portfolio of properties
• Responsible for instructing and monitoring both reactive and proactive repairs
• Manage and co-ordinate customer insurance claims process
• Job Type : Permanent

• Start Date : As soon as possible
