Financial Services Senior Product Performance Manager (12 month FTC)

What you’ll be doing

• Owning the Consumer financial services operating model, continuously seeking to optimise efficiency and performance but also to pre-empt any future risks.
• Overseeing multiple workstreams that seek to improve Consumer financial services as part of a coordinated approach.
• Taking a holistic view of workstreams to assess them against both regulatory and operational risk, making amendments as required.
• Responsible for governance & performance management with KPI’s dispersed across the business. Leading on new governance and tracking action plans across the business.
• Managing the performance and action plans that drive our Flex Pay KPIs (buying a mobile on finance with an airtime plan) as it continues to grow as a vital part of consumers portfolio.
• Building strong working relationships with stakeholders across our Consumer organisation.
